"Tough return experience from a brand I usually like"
I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, so I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this return has been such a headache. I sent everything back and I’m still waiting on my refund with no clear update. I usually like shopping with this brand, which makes this even more frustrating.

"Just didn’t agree with my stomach"
I really wanted this to work for me, but in my experience, it just didn’t sit right. After trying it a few times, I kept feeling bloated and uncomfortably heavy for hours afterward.

I even tried using a smaller amount and mixing it different ways, but I had the same issue each time. It might be totally fine for someone else, but for me personally, it wasn’t a good fit for digestive comfort.

Maybe it’s just me, but I really couldn’t get past the texture. It started clumping up quickly, and the consistency felt a little gritty instead of smooth like I was expecting. I had a hard time mixing it well, and it just wasn’t very pleasant to drink.

"Smelled awful and tasted even worse"
I couldn’t get past the smell when I opened it. It had this old, fishy odor, and the taste was just as weird. I tried to give it a chance, but it was really unpleasant. I’m not buying this again, and I’ll be reaching out to customer service because this didn’t seem right at all...

I ordered the collagen and wanted to feel good about using it, but the sourcing info left me uneasy. The pages I found sounded polished, yet they didn’t really answer the basic things I care about, like where it’s coming from, what farms are involved, how testing is handled, or whether there are batch-specific details.

The product itself might be perfectly fine, but the way the information was presented felt a little too vague and guarded for me. If I’m adding something to my coffee every single day, I need clearer, more direct answers, and I just didn’t get that here.

"Clumpy and tasted weird"
I really wanted to like this, but my bag was kind of a letdown. The powder had clumped up into hard chunks and there was this odd smell as soon as I opened it. I tried mixing it into my coffee, hoping it would smooth out, but nope—still gritty and not great. And then suddenly I was just annoyed, because for the price I expected way better. "Packaging was disappointing"

The product itself was okay, but for the price, I expected more. I also had to wait longer than I wanted, which made it even more frustrating when I realized I could’ve bought similar gelatin somewhere else for cheaper. Sorry, but I probably won’t be ordering this again.

I used this for what I think was close to two months, maybe a little less or more because I kind of lost track. I was hoping it would make a difference with my skin, hair, and nails, but I didn’t notice much of anything. My nails are still peeling and my hair feels exactly the same. It also tended to clump up in my drinks, which got annoying. Maybe it works better for other people, but it didn’t do much for me.

"Not as useful as it used to be"
I got this thinking it would be handy for different recipes, but it just hasn’t worked out that well for me. I feel like this kind of product used to be more reliable, but this one clumped up in some drinks and made a couple desserts turn out with a weird texture. It might be okay if you’re only using it for very basic stuff, but I was hoping for more flexibility. For the way I cook, it feels limited and not really worth it.

"So... this just clumps on me"
So... I really wanted this to work because I was hoping it would mix in easily, but no matter what I try, it clumps. I’ve put it in coffee, water, and even smoothies, and I still end up with these little gummy bits stuck to the spoon and the sides of the cup. I tried using warmer liquid too, thinking that might help, but it wasn’t much better. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me the solubility is just not good. I wouldn’t buy it again

"I just don’t feel comfortable ordering now"
I was close to placing an order, but after reading around and seeing how they respond to people, I backed out. Some of the support replies gave me that vague “sorry you feel that way, but there’s nothing we can do” kind of vibe, and that doesn’t really build confidence. Maybe the product itself is totally fine, I don’t know. But for me, trust is a big part of buying from a brand, and right now I just don’t feel comfortable giving them my money
